Who We Are
Baraka DDD LLC is licensed under the Arizona State Department of Economic Security (DES), the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). We work to further the DDD goal of empowering individuals with developmental disabilities to lead self-directed, healthy, and meaningful lives. We provide support and services for eligible individuals diagnosed with one of the following developmental disabilities:
- Autism
- Cerebral Palsy
- Epilepsy
We recognize the importance of providing person-centered services for individuals dealing with developmental disabilities. And thus, make sure that each client receives assistance that is suitable to address their needs. We respect and uphold our clients’ independence to help them reach their potential so they can live a quality life in their homes and communities.
Our Mission
Our mission is to become an outlet for support for individuals with developmental disabilities. We partner with them and their families so we can achieve the goal of them living a comfortable life and becoming productive members of their communities. We also aim to support them in their endeavor to gain access to resources that can help manage their condition and daily living needs.
Our Vision
With our services, we strive to reach more people who may need our assistance. We know that not having appropriate support can be detrimental in their lives and we want to be an instrument for them to live the life they deserve.
